See both the courses are good and more or less are research oriented. Now if you want to go for a more option towards job then I would suggest to go for MSc Electronics. Many industries working in the production of electronic devices appoint MSc Electronics grad for supervising the process. Now if you want to go for government jobs such as positions in ISRO then also MSc Electronics can be helpful. Now if you go for physics then you can apply for research positions as well as jobs as ISRO and DRDO as well. Now you have to decide which subject you like the most and it would be better for you to pursue the subject you like the most.
