-Minimum height requirement : It is usually 157 cm (5.2") for females. However, it may differ from one airline to another.
-Weight of the aspirant should be in proportion to her height (satisfying average BMI). For example, if your height is 5.6" , your weight should be almost equivalent to 56 kg.
-Eyesight requirements- minimum eyesight requirement is 6/9. Aspirant may also get a chance to correct her eyesight to 20/20 in some companies.
-Aspirant should not be suffering from any kind of serious cardiovascular (heart) disease.
-Spotless skin complexion will give the aspirant an edge.
-Aspirant shouldn’t have any past record of mental illness.
-Physical fitness is essential.

On selection, you will undergo training conducted by the airline itself which is generally of 6 months duration. After completion of this on-job training, you can start with the actual job.
