In comparison to other specialised fields, I would recommend pursuing a B.tech in Computer Science. All other fields will just provide you a certain path and will limit your future growth, however a B.tech in CSE will broaden your view and allow you to meet any vertical later. Furthermore, all of these characteristics are rare in other universities, so there is no purpose in enrolling there, and even the professors will not be market specialists who can provide you with such in-depth knowledge. Because the technological world is evolving so quickly, you can't afford to take chances by focusing on a single subject. The best way is to start with general and then specialise in the most recent demand.

However, it appears as though you have requested a specialisation from a list of options, such as cloud computing or internet of things (internet of things). Both technologies are expected to grow in the future and have already taken a significant share of the industry.

Finally, I'd add that interest is very important, so follow your passion.
