All the three specialisations i. e., finance, marketing and HR are completely incomparable as all the three have different importance and job prospects. All one needs to do is to choose his/her field of interest. HR helps in employment in recruitment cells of the companies. Marketing personnel need to be very creative and original in their work. They essentially need to acquire new ways to market the products made by companies in order to attain the profit. Finance is an area where computational abilities are judged on a wide scale. It demands a huge accuracy with the accounts and numbers.
