Which specialization is better with Btech in CSE - data science or AI and ML?

CSE with no specialization includes competitive coding, AI and ML has much scope then Data Science and Business Services . Cyber also has a good scope. All specialization is great and you can do which ever you like depending on your choice.
First of all AI and ML is artificial intelligence and Machin learning which is a Specialisation under computer science and engineering branch. So, by default you can judge that
any specialization would benefit you more than simple CSE
