hi,

see you should concerned about the colleges, their placement , infrastructure, curriculum design etc before going to admission in any colleges. and also check the college ranking and its position in all india level ranking. however if you are concerned about job right now and want to do internship in your own, Bangalore location is best for doing engineering, since there is lots of start up and mnc companies available i is easier to get internship opportunities on third year of studies.

State does not matter because you will be studying in the college so there is nothing to do with the state, if the college is providing good education then there is nothing to do with the state. Irrespective of the state the following college are best in general for any engineering course, they are IITs, NITs, BITS and other colleges.
