Which states allow students from other states in their state counselling?
Every state allow students from.other states. There are two types of cut off in every college. One is state quota cut off in which 85% seats are reserved for students from same state as colleges. Another one is all india quota cut off in which 15% seats are reserved for students from different state. Cut off are generally based on no.of candidates, no.of seats, difficulty of exam and top neet score. State quota cut off is generally lower than all india quota cut off as it is based on top neet score of that particular state and state quota seats are also more. As per previous year trends it is advised that candidate must score above 500 to get good givt college through state qouta and above 550 to get through all india quota.

Hello Amar.
Good to hear from you. Almost every state allows students from other states to attend their counselling. But, you are given less preference than compared to the home state students and states allow students only from a few other states. Not all state students are eligible to apply to a particular state counselling only. So, you can apply for any state counselling if you are eligible.
Thank you.
Hey Amar, you can participate in the All India counselling.. All the candidates who have appeared for neet are eligible for the All India 15% quota the rest 85% will be reserved for the candidates of their respective states.. But you need to clear the cut off marks that are mandatory for the All India 15% quota.. Good luck..
