Which States are open where I can participate in State Counselling Without Domicile for "Private" Mbbs Seats? Please give me the list.

Mainly Tripura, Telangana, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, West bengal, Sikkim, HP, UP, AP, Tamil nadu, Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana allow students to participate in the state counsellings.
Closed states are : MP, Odissa, Maharashtra, Gujrat, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, J&K.
