which stream is more preferable to opt in mba ? marketing or hr.

Hi,

Both MBA in marketing and MBA in Human resource are very competitive and in high demand in the market but while the work of HR is related internal aspects of the company that of marketing is related to external works of an organisation. Moreover, the training period is a bit less as compared to marketing. Work as an HR is much less risky and you tend to get more security because the work is not related to market conditions which is in the case of marketing. Also you tend to earn around 2-5 lpa in the former category which is higher than the later.
