which structure is called poupart ligament ?
Poupart Ligament is actually another name of inguinal ligament
It is the coiled lower border of aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle, stretching between anterior superior iliac spine and pubic tubercle.
Forms the floor(Inferior wall) of inguinal canal.
Please note Inguinal ligament is actually a modification of External oblique. Also Lacunar ligament, pectineal ligament and external spermatic fascia are the modification of external oblique muscle.
