Hello Khushbu, To be eligible for UPSC Civil Services exam, candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from any recognized University. So, you can pursue your graduation in any of the course which you wish depending on your interest. I would suggest you to opt for B.A English hons course. Good Luck!
