Hello,

For a career in banking you can pursue graduation in mathematics, economics, banking, business, finance and accounting to name a few, as these degree will make you well acquainted with the domain you want to be associated with, generally if you appear for the post of PO conducted by SBI, IBPS PO, or IBPS RRB there is no such restriction in terms of belonging to any specific stream, candidates from any stream of graduation are eligible to appear for these exams, and moreover there is no direct route to become bank manager, few years of experience in the relevant industry is important whether you talk about public or private sector bank.
