Which subject should I choose in ugc net/ csir bet after doing MSc in Remote Sensing and GIS Application?

Physical Sciences would be the closest to what you can choose in NET according to your specialisation in Masters. However, it would be a bit difficult to prepare specially if you have lost touch to rest of Physics. I would suggest you to take coaching, plan out your study schedule so that you are able to get a good grasp of the syllabus. Give many mock tests to learn time management.
