Which syllabus will tmi follow now as imu has taken over it. Will they still follow bits syllabus or the imu syllabus?

No, there is nothing like that as first you will have to clear IMU as TMI is an affiliated private institute and IMU is a central university so I would suggest you to try for IMU first and keep TMI as a secondary option. Also, if you talk about syllabus then it consists of 12th class syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Along with these main three sections, the candidates are also requested to study English Grammar, Vocabulary and Logical and Analytical Reasoning.

Are the 11th portions added too for imucet or tmisat ?

There may be some topics of 11th but I would suggest you to focus on 12th syllabus more.
