While AIIMS MBBS was conducted for 200 marks and also included English and GK sections while NEET is conducted for 720 marks and only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now AIIMS releases its results in the form of percentiles while NEET releases its score in the form of marks. In 2018, the cut offs for AIIMS Delhi for various Categories have been as follows:

General Caterogy: 99.98

OBC: 99.94

SC:99.71

ST: 99.44

So for a seat in AIIMS Delhi, you will need more than 650 irrespective of your Category.
