Which top colleges can I get through JOSAA with 108500 rank ?

You can easily get jiit Noida or even some nit but not top ones. You need to see and go through all the colleges you may apply to and make your mind for a particular branch for which you may apply in the choice filling during counselling. You have fair  chances to get some good college. Hope for the best

Hello aspirant!!! Since you haven't mentioned your home state or category giving an exact answer wouldn't be possible. But one thing is sure that at this rank getting top NITs wouldn't be possible. In fact getting any NIT would be impossible maybe except NITs in north east.
