All top colleges accept OBC ranking. There is a separate list for general,OBC,ST,SC etc. in the colleges.
Some of the top colleges in West Bengal are J adavpur University,Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology,Kalyani Government Engineering College,Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College etc.
