Ruthenium tetroxide is the organic compound with this formula. It is a yellow volatile compoound that melts at the normal room temperature. they are black in colour due to the impurities. It is formed by the  two co double bonds from the oxidative cleavage of cc  double bonds. this compound is covalent in nature.
