When compare between private and deemed college, i would say some deemed colleges are good but the fees are high. If you cant afford for high fees, then there are some really good private colleges that are affiliated to the state universities.

There is not much difference between a Private University and a Deemed University . Both are recognised by the UGC. However, a Deemed university enjoys autonomy in administration .This means they have their own will to conduct exam, set exam , set syllabus, giving degree etc. Deemed Universities have their own will while a Private university has to adhere to UGC rules and regulations in conduction classes, exams, syllabus and admission process. They have to follow guidelines of UGC.

So in my opinion a deemed university is better. They conduct their own research work .Education is also good in Deemed universities.
