I believe youre referring regarding the exam and application procedure for PhD in Chemistry in USA. So this year, the Test Requirements were NiL at most Universities, due to the Covid Pandemic, but in general you need your GRE Score besides TOEFL or Other Relevant/Equivalent English Proficiency Certification. As far as your Application to the School is concerned, yo probably require your Grade Card Official Transcripts of Bachelors and Masters Degrees, SOP, LORs and other details as mentioned by the University. However, PhD in USA is fully funded opportunity for most Indians, and you even dont need to worry regarding accomodation, stipend or insurance.
