In neet examination, mcq i. e multiple choice type questions are asked,
It means you have questions followed by four options in which one of them is correct and you have to choose the correct one to get marks.
Here's a brief a neet exam pattern
-----------------------) Neet examination is conducted for a total of 720 marks
-----------------------) There are a total of 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology .
45 questions from Physics,
45 questions from Chemistry
90 questions from your biology ( botany+ zoology)
For neet 2021,
The examination pattern was changed a little bit i. e in order to give relaxation considering covid , number of questions were increased from 180 to 200 , but out of that 200 only 180 questions were to be attempted as shown below:-

Now,
For NEET 2022 ,
It's possible that examination pattern may go back to normal i.e it will have only 180 questions. Or NTA may keep the same examination pattern as to that of NEET 2021 i. e will have 200 questions in which 180 have to be attempted, considering disturbance in studies caused this year due to covid. For exact examination pattern we need to wait for the release of NEET 2022 information brochure .

4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer
there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer
No mark is deducted for unanswered questions

limited time is left for neet 2022 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,

NEET UG 2022 will be a 200 question paper out of which you are supposed to attempt 180 questions.
the subject composition among these 200 question is as follows:
in physics there will be 35 question in section A which will be mandatory to solve. in section B there will be 15 questions out of which you are supposed to solve any 10 question.
the same pattern will be applied in chemistry , botany and zoology.
now coming to the variety of patterns in which the question may be asked. they are few types which are asked every year.
this includes question based on matching the option,
reasoning assertion reason type questions
factual data based question
theoritical question fom the lines of ncert among many others.
the marking scheme is +4 for every correct answer and -1 for every incorrect answer.
