Depending on what I know they may be asking on biochemistry energetics, nutrient source, vitamin source, metabolism, logical reasoning and simple calculations. Graduation requires that you have basics in concepts of energetics and logical reasoning. So you can prepare for exam based on these topics. Most of the time the examination conducting authority release the syllabus.

Now coming to your question then according to latest paper styles your biology till 12th class should be very great and many MCQs are directly asked from them only. Some basics physics related questions are also asked which are application based so go through a well publication reference book for them.
