If you want to do MBA, then you are chanhing your field from science to commerce so its upto you if in ug course you want to learn commerce subject or in MBA because at the end you will be in commerce course.

Its not difficult if you will do MBA afyer doing b.tech but you need to do hardwork to grasp new concepts.
