hello aspirant,
there are many university and colleges in india , which conducts spot round admission for admission.
mhrd conduct spot round for vacant seat in nits, jadavpur university, maula abul kalam ajad university, tnea counselling, amity university and many more.

Hey Aspirant,
The spot counselling is done when there are still seats vacant after the last round of counselling. Most of the exam have their spot counselling round. But if there are no vacant seats then there will be no spot counselling round. It would be really helpful if you can provide me with the which exams spot counselling you are talking about so that I can give you the information in details.

All NIT's conduct spot counseling. Check CSAB and JoSAA portal regularly
I'm asking after josaa and csab, remaining vacant seats
The Spot counseling is done in ALL NIT's ONLY THERE IS NO OTHER COUNSELLING AFTER SPOT COUNSELING HOPE YOU GET IT
