Hi there, both the universities are good. I have no clue about the Sastra university, however, I can tell you about LPU as I am a faculty there. At LPU the fee varies from program to program. For example the fee for B Tech programs is Rs 120000 per semester. For B Pharm and hons programs too the fee is Rs 120000 per semester. However, the fee for BPT, BCA and B Com programs is Rs 80000 per semester. For the BA program the fee is Rs 50000 per semester. For further information you may visit the website. Hope this helps. Since you have not mentioned the courses whose fees you want to know, I will give a general idea of how much fees and what difference of fees will be there in both the universities. Per semester fees of sastra university is around 70,000 for b.tech and whereas the per semester fees of lpu is 1.5 lacs for b.tech .
