Firstly,I think it's Vit Vellore not bit vellore.Now come on your questions my answer is that I think you must go for SRM University for Msc physics because the placement in both the university are at its best but when it comes on fee structure SRM University has more flexible fees structure than that of Vit Vellore and also the campus life of Vit Vellore is so much crowdy than that of SRM University Chennai.

So according to your suitability u can go for it..!!
