Good Institutes especially the government ones provide the admission to students for pharmacy with a much better rank than yours. The general cutoff this year for m pharma is close to 160. Depending on your rank, your GPAT score is well below the cutoff. Even if you have some sort of reservation,still you need a very good quota rank to get enrolled in a good pharmacy Institute for post graduation.
