Which university is best for lateral entry in to b tech for a polytechnic student

If you want to do btech then IIT is best ..for that you have to clear the exam.. but apart from this there are many private universities which offer lateral entry btech like sharda ,galgotia , chandigarh and IP also offer lateral entry btech .
