Between Thapar and Sastra University i would recommend you for Sastra University. There are various reasons about it and i will name them below.

1) THAPAR - 2.35 lakhs
2) SASTRA - 1.97 lakhs

1) THAPAR - 7.9
2) SASTRA - 8.8
So for choosing any college these two factors are important so here clear winner is SASTRA. The rest all things you will get similar in these college like good campus, faculties, Number of companies etc.
