Although both the institutes are good but as per the reviews of students in general, LPU is a better option to go for CSE . The reason being, lpu adapts the new technologies quickly. They focus on practical knowledge, they have high tech labs and mac ios lab for development. The infrastructure is quite better than sastra & you can do other certifications as well. Placements for cse are claimed to go as high as 27.5 lacs. More than 80+ companies visit their campus. So, it's better to opt for LPU rather than sastra.

SASTRA has entered into world university rankings and LPU is still trying to advertise in 9xm;p. Anyway , just as an example you need 150+ in jee to get CS/MECH at sastra if have 95%+ in 12th. No reservation and payment seats. In my opinion i think SASTRA is better
