which university or college provide a m.phil or phd degree . in distance or regular .with specialization not normal .

Hello Meet,
It is difficult to list out universities offering the mentioned courses in regular mode unless you specify the subject you wish to specialize in . Also more importantly , according to UGC regulations , no universities are allowed to give Ph.d or M.Phill courses in distance mode. As per UGC guidlines no students are advised to take admission in any M.Phil/Ph.D. programme, if offered by any University/Institution through distance mode.
