Which way is easy to get into isro. Through iist or writing gate? Detail ur answer

Hello
If you ask me then first of all you must have physics and maths in your 12th boards. Then you shall get admission in IIST (Indian institute of space science and technology) then after that you get to isro and work as scientist or engineer. This way seems more easier .
