AIIMS RISHIKESH. In MBBS peer group and teachers matter a lot, the faculty at AIIMS are top notch and yes they are interested in teaching because of a smallet student to teacher ratio unlike state medical college.
Infrastructure is top notch and developing ! You get excellent residential facilties which creates a good environment for studying

If a question is asked this way obviously AIIMS AND JIPMER would be the best. There is nothing which can be more than the AIIMS or JIPMER.
