See the answer will be on my personal opinion. All this universities that you mentioned are great, renowned and far better than many of the other institutions. Still if you would like to compare the better in the 3, I'll find IIT (ISM) Dhanbad to be better and top than the other two.
Well, before doing any comparisons I would like to tell more about the legacy institute.
- It is a world renowned institution and is ranked 24th by QS world rankings-mineral and mining of 2017.
- Internationally ranked 201-250 among BRICS nations in QS world rankings of 2016.
- It was named to become the part of Mars Orbiter Mission by ISRO.
- The institute has found the largest manganese ore deposit in India worth Rs 36000 crores.
- It has many other innumerable achievements every now and then making a great impact.
So at the end decision is upto you.
