Which will be the best engineering course in future?

All Branches are good.Neither is good nor bad in Engineering, dont compare a branch with other each branch has its own plus and minus. Its all about your passion and interest.
No matter which Engineering you study , it all finally matters where you end up in life . The best example that i can give is Google CEO , Sundar Pitchai , he did Engineering in metallurgy and then post that in material science. I am pretty sure that he would have wanted to be in the core of Engineering , but where did he end up .a computer Software Company Google. Same is with the case of many. Dr.Raghuram Rajan , ex-RBI Gov, Mechanical Engg from IITD !!! Imagine what would have made a mechanical engineer to end up in banks . They all had various plans while enrolling for Engineering as you and i did , but circumstances decide the careers of many engineers. There is nothing like this is good , this is better etc. I have been working with people who have done Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in Food science and Agri. Not just this , there are many engineers who are working as Analyst having backgrounds like Paper and Pulp , Agriculture, Textile , Ceramic and etc. It has no role in deciding your career at least in the inception , but i also say that if one persists in one field , say Core engineering , sky is the limit. So i would say that it basically depends on where you want to end up.
Thankyou
