There are a great deal of verticals where a Civil Engineer works in a PSU , like:-
1) Examination of Guaranteed Particulars/Drawings identified with the continuous/up and coming infrastructural project.
2) Pre dispatch Inspection of structural building related materials at producer's office.
3) Cross examination of reports of infrastructure related works.
4) preparation of cost estimate for civil engg. project.
5) Also, numerous other civil work proposals.
so these are the works of civil engineer..
