Civil services and MBA are different in terms of preparation, entrance exam and nature of job. After clearing civil services exam you will be joining elite services like IAS, IPS and working as a government officer. You will be managing a city or an area which you have been assigned to.



MBA is an management course in which you can get admission after clearing CAT, XAT, SNAP etc. You then study for two more years and start working as a Manager in MNCs or sometimes PSUs as well. You will be working in various companies and roles during your career. The course adds a lot of Management knowledge to your life which will help you develop as an individual. You can appear for IAS after MBA as well.
