which would be a better option bsc statistics or bsc mathematics (from DU ) in terms of placements and other career opportunities ?

Bsc statistics is a degree course in which students have to deal with data and data interpretations.

Bsc mathematics is also a three year degree course in which students deal with pure mathematics, theories and principles.

Both of these courses has a wide scope of opportunities in front of students after completing Bachelor.

In future demands of mathematicians is going to increase but statisticians will be in high demand because statistics is applied everywhere from a small business to a high level research.

So, studying statistics is great choice if you interest in this.
