Which would be the better call MSW(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OR MEDICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC SOCIAL WORK)?? ?

Dear Ranjith, both courses are great in MSW.

It is based on your choice which you want to choose.



Let's come to scope



The more scope in the current aspect is of Community Development, HR (social Work) is also good but it has less scope than Community development.

Also, if you go with HR then corporates door will be open for you but you find a tough match with MBA students.



Let's come to the Demand



The demand of Community Development is higher than HR in current aspect as many organisations are looking for a better individual with great organisational developmental skills, also community development is booming in SOCIAL WORK.



So, my point of view suggest you to go on with MSW-CODP(Community Organisation & Development Practices) instead of HR.



The final decsion is always yours and it should on the basis of your area of interest.
