Both the colleges are good, but taking academics, infrastructure, placement into consideration AMET is one of the best institutes in India for this course. The university has a Placement Department which co-ordinates with the companies for the on-campus placement and placement percentage is quite impressive. Some of the top recruiters visits the campus are Anglo Eastern Ship Management Ltd, Bernhard Schulte Ship Management, DHL Express, Fleet Management, L&T, MAERSK, Mitsui etc.
