It depends as to what your need is. Is it for exam that is about to come or you are looking for book to read for the whole semester.



Reena chadha: Book is good and is easy for an average student to understand and get the basics.



Anil kumar : Book requires a dedicated and thorough reading. You cannot understand it without paying full attention.

From my prospective Anil kumar is better:

A)  It will be helpful in clearing you basics

B)  More detailed and content in updated and relevant more

C) if you planning to do you practice/further studies/job in corporate law then it will be really helpful



Hence, I would suggest Anil Kumar
