which year consider in my 12th exam,if i have filled second exam december 2019 and exam done in jan2020.while result declair in march 2020

Your 12th class is 19 to 20. If you complete your 12th class and examination in 2020 then your 12th passout year is consider of 2020. I think it would be clear. But you didn't mention any board name where you have completed your 12th.
