Hello,
The first cutoff list of St Stephen's College of Delhi University has been officially announced. However the cutoffs for B.Com (//B.Com) has not been announced for any colleges.
DU cutoffs are generally high every year. The cutoffs change every year and have been observed to be higher. Based upon the marks that you have mentioned it will be tough for you to get admission if you are from general category., you may have to wait.
There are better chances for reserved category candidates.

It depends on the number of applicants, number of seats available, the category of the candidates, the percentage obtained, etc., Thus, you need to consider all these factors before predicting a college. However, as per your marks, you may hope to get into the colleges such as-
* Shri Ram College of commerce
* Hans Raj College
* Lady Shri Ram College
* Hindu college
* Ramjas college
* Jesus and Mary College
* DCAC
Etc.,
