Dear Sreelakshmi, NEET is the only Entrance Exam for admission into Medical, Dental and Ayush colleges across India. Now all the State level Medical entrance examinations have been scrapped only NEET is beig conducted. AIIMS and JIPMER arr autonomous Medical Institutions and so they conduct their own medical examination to fill in the Medical seats for all their branches. AIIMS has around 11 branches and JIPMER has 2 branches. So they conduct AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS to fill in these Medical seats. Rest all seats are filled by NEET only.
