while doing transaction, My money has deducted twice for BPSC exam fee Assistant Engineer civil .How i wil get extra money paid

Hello student this type of error take place because of some technical glitch no need to worry if your money got deducted twice they you must have got two separate transactions number from your respective bank you need to visit your bank with both of the transaction numbers and raise a complaint against it you might need to submit an application to your branch manager and they'll refund your money as soon as possible.

But I have paid payment by two different ATM card then which bank I will go to complaint on this regard

I have raised a request to the bank , I got reply that please contact with respective merchant, now what to do ? Do I need to mail bpsc?
