While filling application form for Railway Recruitment, They have mentioned to write Candidate's Name as per Matriculation certificate. On my 10th marksheet,the name is as per format: . So should I fill like in this format only or just to write?

If your 10th marksheet name first is surname and 2nd is title then you have to write this thing's. But generally it can't happen. Every candidates name is first and then surname come in 10th marksheet. But if your marksheet is it then you can fill up like this. Otherwise you have to change or correct your marksheet then you can write the proper name of yours.
