Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is a public central university, JNU has 10 Schools and four special centres which offer Undergraduate (BA Hons.), PG (MBA, MA, M.Sc, MCA) and several integrated research courses.
JNU only offers specialization in following fields
>M.Sc in Environment Science
Eligibility:-
Candidate must possess B.Sc degree or equivalent degree in any branch of basic or applied science under 10+2+3 pattern of education from this university or any other recognized university with at least 55% of marks.
>M.Sc in Life Sciences
Eligibility:-
Candidates must possess bachelors degree in biological, physical or agricultural science or biotechnology under 10+2+3 pattern of education from this university or any other recognized university with at least 55% aggregate of marks.
>M.Sc in Physics
Eligibility:-
Candidate must possess Bachelors degree (with Physics as one of the subjects) under the 10+2+3 pattern of education with minimum 55% marks in the aggregate (or in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics combined), or in Physics Honours; Candidates having B.Tech. (Electronics/Electrical/ Mechanical/Computer) degree are also eligible to apply for M.Sc Physics
