While filling mat form there was a options of selecting 5 institute,do we have to separately also fill the applications forms of them or not

While filling the form u have been asked to fill the names of the colleges u r willing to get admissioned. After that u will be getting the call letter from the colleges if u r having ur percentile score above the needed one.
After the call lette u will be facing group discussion and personal interview in the alloted college.
