SOLVED...!

Open the Certificate in MS Paint, Rotate it 90deg (change it from Landscape to Portrait mode), keep the size between 200 kb to 280 kb .. and UPLOAD IT. DONE...

Note: after upload you can rotate it back to original mode

Sathwik, please try clearing the cache, browsing history, passwords, etc. Restart your system and re-login to re uplpad your documents. Due to high traffic to the server, there have been reports of such incidents.

TUBA Same thing happened to me too! Just needed to upload the certificate in landscape layout. Let me know if this fix works for you.
