Please ensure that the passport size photograph is in JPEG format and the file size is in between 20 KB to 50 KB and the dimensions must be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height) and the passport size photo must be a color photograph with date of photo taken clearly mentioned on it. The signature file must be in JPEG format with file size in between 10 to 20 KB and dimension of the signature should be 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height). You can do the adjustments in the paint application in desktop or laptop. There must be a mistake in uploading photographs. If everything is proper but still the problem persists then check if you have filled all the mandatory fields asked in the application form.
